Park Plaza has really gone downhill

Park Plaza apartments used to be considered luxury apartments.
Not anymore.
In the past 2 years the once shiny and beautiful first floor has turned dull and dirty looking.
The actual living areas beginning from grtting off thr elevator and ending at your apartment have taken on that Holiday Inn "Microtel" look.
Dark walls and carpet, not well lit almost depressing.
