This place is located in the ghetto next to the public housing.The price is 730.00 for a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath, but it includes all bills the only upside to this place. The apartment had several leaks with mold growing in the ceiling. It has a horrible roach problem. They were in every room of the apartment, and even in the common hallway they would crawl up the outside of the door. It was humaliting if you had guest over. There is no washer dryer hook ups and the laudry room only has 2 washers and 2 dryers and one is always broke down and they are over priced. You can not get no sleep here their is always people running up and down the hallways, people fighting in the courtyard,(one girl was even kidnapped and beat in the courtyard because the guy was accusing her of stealing his drug stash) maintence coming in to make repairs, or neighbors stopping buy to borrow money or food at all hours of the night and day. People deal drugs out of the surrounding apartments their is at least 1 drug bust per month, their are prostitues that work the street beside the building, and gang activity in front of the building. The building it self is falling apart at the seams it's like only the 500 coats of paint is holding the place together. maintenance has to make at least a dozen trips to fix a simple thing and they do shoddy work a amature could do better. There is no where for children to play but I would not let them outside of here to play if there was. I have even seen people sitting on the side walk smokeing crack at the front steps of the building. Most of the tennants are drug addicted crazies and thugs. That is the kind of clientale that this place caters to. Management knows this but will do nothing because most of the people here get section 8 and as long as the rent is paid they get to stay. This is no place to raise children and if you are concerned about your safety don't move here. They want even replace the bulbs outside the building, and they know it is the drug dealers that keep breaking them out so they can do their deals without being seen so easily.

do not move into these apartments. the owners dont fix anything, and when they do they try to kick you out or half ass the job. Then they wanna take the doors off the main hallway now there is more people sitting in the hallways so that they don't have to sit in the sun. They is only one main trash can to throw your trash in and the people that live alway the way in the front has to walk all the way to the back just to take out trash. Management gets smart with you when you tell them that their people in the office is not doing their job. When you do have a problem such as Mold it takes them a month and a half just to come fix it and then it takes them 10 times to fix one simple problem. When you call the office they talk to you as if its not their problem since they dont have to live with them. If you call code enforcement on them the next thing you know you will have a knock on your door from the sheriff serving you court papers. When you go to court their reason for putting you " because you were a ruthless tenet" Do not move here unless you really do not have any where to go.
