I stumbled upon this web page while searching for a new apartment after dealing with the office management at Patchen Oaks. My lease is up in the next few months and I am eager to get out of here. I won't divulge details but I was treated very unfairly by the management who is what I would call at the very least unprofessional. They are downright rude and dismissive of their tenant's requests and concerns. I would recommend to anyone that asked to lease elsewhere and save yourself the headache of dealing with the incompetent management here. I was glad to see I was not alone in my feelings.
