I would like to disspell any rumors of Patchen Oaks not being wonderful. As far as the kindness staff, they are the reason we took the apartmnet. They did everything they could to help us. They know us by name and are happy to here you out anytime there is even a small problem. Gyung and Karen have made our leasing experience a dream, especially compared to our previous experiences. The maintance has always been there the same day. They fix the problem that day if a all possible. Two of the staff live on the property and that really says something about an aparment complex. It is very quit here and I have found my nieghbors very friendly, which is rare in apartments. Patchen Oaks are beautiful inside and out. It is a beautiful upscale subburb in the city with great shopping close by. The pool is beautiful too. There are plenty of good reasons to check out Patchen Oaks.
