I first moved here in Dec. of '03. I moved into a 2 bedroom apt. and started having hearting bills of $300!!! when we were promised no more than $70. Come to find out that they had moved us into a apt. that the heat didn't work right and it was going to have to be completely replaced. We had to moved to another apt. only to find many more problems, water leaks, AC problems..etc. Let's not forget the maintenance man that would come to fix the problem drunk! On several occasions I left messages with the office and they said they never got them. The office staff is the most rude, and unprofessional that I have ever dealt with. They will lie straight to your face and say that they never said something or never got a message..etc. My roommate and I both have even gotton hung up on while on the phone with a certaing individual from the office. There was an item stolen from us while they had a contractor working on our apt. and they didn't do anything about the problem. I would never rent from these people again.
