The management is less than desirable

It is true that the management is less than desirable - packages are left in the open for anyone to grab, maintenance is slow, and the office staff is fairly rude. However, I have been impressed by how quiet the apartment is. I rarely hear my neighbors and there is never any loud partying. The grounds are attractive and well kept. Probably my biggest complaint is how loud the bathtubs are though! They creak everytime you move. But it's not too bad if that's my biggest complaint.
