I have lived in Patchen Oaks for almost a year now and I have had a pretty good experience.
The maintence is great and professional...(not just some creepy guy off the street)!
The parking is great on the side of the complex that I am on. But if you are looking to rent from here be sure to get an apartment on the right side of the complex because it can get pretty bad on the other end!
The location is great! We are so close to everything!
The lighting is very poor tough. There are no light fixtures in the bedrooms and not a lot of natural light comes in either. I enjoy the sun shine so I am going to look around Lexington for a more well lit apartment.
Over all I have to say that Patchen Oaks has been a good home for us over the past year!
