As many others have said here, the management office is rediculous. Karen and Lee-Sing (or whatever her name is) are both snotty and condescending. I have never lived in a place where I dreaded dealing with the office so much. They lied to myself and my roommate to our faces several times. Pre-dated letters. False damages upon move-out.

These apartments are great and affordable for what you get, but I can't recommend it simply because of the office staff. I don't feel that anyone could be happy living in an environment where the management is so horrible.
