Office staff has really Improved!

I've been reading these comments on the management at Patchen Oaks and I see that they are from a LONG time ago! I've lived here for almost 2 years now and I love the office staff. Karen, Ashley and Chris are fabulous and very helpful. They seem to enjoy their jobs because they always have a smile on their face and tend to be laughing when I go in to pay my rent.
I would definately recommend Patchen Oaks to anyone. The apartments are so nice, maintenance gets my work orders done in a very timely manner and again the office staff is great!
I also got a resident referral of $200 off my rent for making my best friend and her boyfriend move in here. That was awsome!
