I just like many others have had horrible problems with the staff at Patchen Oaks. They are rude and treat you like crap. Don't let them fool you with their pretty smiles and wonderful things to say, because it won't last. The day after you move in, you will have to deal with the "better than you" attitude.
They too do not take on their maintenance duties either, filters were changed once a year and a fixed water leak, lasted an entire day!
And don't forget Property Management is not the only person you answer to, don't forget they are owned by the company on your lease!!!!
