I just left Lexington and moved to VA due to a job transfer, but I lived in Patchen for a year so I think I would know if there was a reason to not recommend it, I loved it. I thought everyone including the staff were very nice and hospitable. I would not tell anyone to stay away from this place, its quiet, people are nice, and you can walk to Shamrocks. As far as the office staff goes... I never had a problem talking to Karen or Ashley they are both sweethearts.
