Patchen Oaks has a way of reeling you in and putting you on a stringer. The maintenence staff changes like the weather and 85% of service problems are not correctly fixed, if they are even addressed at all. The wooden stairways are terrible and you can hear every step someone makes up or down. The showers creak like something you would hear in a horror movie! the lighting is not the worst i've ever seen but its certainly not the best-behind my building there is absolutely no lighting and the shrubs overtake the entryways. And lets not even talk about the snotty office staff! Chris is the only one who acts like he has sense and its better than you! I mean really, we pay 700 a month in rent, we arent white trash people! I would recommned that the property company hire new office staff and completely do aways with Miss Karen
