I have lived at Patchen Oaks for two years and I absolutely love it! They have a new maintenance staff who is always there the same day if I ever have to make a request and when I renewed my lease they put brand new appliances in my apartment. I cant say enough good things about this place, it a very peaceful and pleasant place to live.
