My bf and I recently moved into the complex and I wanted to make everyone aware of several things we have encountered. Pros and cons with the complex.
Pros: 1) Location is great. It is in an upscale neighborhood off of Richmond Road. Minutes from Hamburg and everything else you need. 2) Very quiet location. Very little road noise or tenant noise. Grown up crowd. 3) Complex is very well maintained and groomed. 4) Apartments are in decent shape for their age. 5) Layout of the apartments are good so that there is a breezeway between you and your neighbor. 5) Brand new black appliances.

Cons: 1) My main complaint...complex staff think they can enter your apartment whenever they want. We have been woken up by maintenance 3 times already. I don't like waking up to strange fat men in my house. 2) The neighbor next door is a drama queen and makes like hard! 3) The office staff are very um what's the word b***** (you fill in the blanks). They talk to us like we are idiots and children. 4) The leasing staff are not knowledgeable concerning their units. We were shown a model and led to believe the unit we were getting had the same amenities as the model...WRONG! The doors were not the same, no luxury moldings, on and on and on. 5) The cabinet doors did not match the cabinets. When we complained the renovation guy just laughed at me and acted as though I was over reacting. 6) The apartments are billed as "completely renovated" yet they are only half a** done. The door knobs have been changed but the door hinges are from 1980 with 100 coats of paint on them TACKY! The bath tub faucet is something straight outta the brady bunch and the bathtub squeaks so loud that we can't take a shower if the other person is in bed asleep. And we already said the cabinet doors are a completely different finish than that of the cabinets. Also, the apartment was advertised with brushed nickel finishes...well half of the finishes are and the other half are either cheap chrome or gold. Again TACKY! and not worth the "luxury" rent price. 7) Parking is a little crazy sometimes since there are no assigned spots. I end up on the street curb most nights.

Apartment reviews are funny things. Just like everything else on the Internet, you have to take them with a grain of salt. Some apartment reviews are clearly written for the benefit of others by an unbiased Good Samaritan. Other apartment reviews are obviously the vitriolic spewings of a dissatisfied tenant or possibly a competing apartment complex.

Your rating speaks for itself...plus the other reviews that are specifically about how the property is managed...these are not fabricated and they are not biased. I would recommend other "luxury" complexes over this one solely based on its management. I have been hung up on, ignored and threatened with bogus charges since I have lived in your complex.

Whomever wrote the top response to this post, obviously has not lived in this complex, or is an office staff. Read ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS about this place, it is horrible, along with its uneducated staff.
