Patchen Oaks Apartments
< | >
I have lived at Patchen Oaks for years. I lived in a one bedroom for a little while, then transferred to a two bedroom. Loved both of them, but especially my one bedroom. I started living here while I was finishing school, and needed a quiet place to study. It was close to the interstate and a convenient location to everything I needed. When I graduated and my lifestyle changed a bit, I was still very comfortable.
Maintenance was very quick to respond to anything I needed. I had a heat issue one night after hours and he came quickly and stayed late until the problem was fixed. While I lived there, my roommates mother passed away in a car accident. We received cards from the office staff, and they were very good in working with us through the transition of roommates. I always got some sort of gift or service when I signed for another year.
In the few years that I lived there, I can only think of a very few minor problems, but it was MUCH better than anywhere else I have ever lived. Would have stayed longer, but I recently upgraded to a house. If I ever live in another apartment, it will definately be at Patchen Oaks.
