First off, not a single issue presented in our time living here has been handled correctly. When we moved in, we were told we would recieve new tile flooring in the kitchen and cabinet faces; we have yet to receive them. We were told we could do a 3 month extension at the end of our lease, when time came for the extension, Management told us otherwise. When we moved in, the special was a custom closet and it took a month for that to get installed. Although we do live on the first floor, we have a crazy bug problem. they have come and sprayed about 5 times. obviously its not working. there is a severe crack between the wall and the base board. now that we are about to move out, the office is now trying to fix the problem before somebody else gets pissed off. she wants to rip up the carpet and recaulk the baseboard. our sliding glass door isnt even sealed. the windows let in so much air the spare bedroom is an ice box! i had to constantly lay a towel on the window sill. the average amount for an electric bill during the winter was $170!! these apartments are less than a 1000 sq. ft! the construction of these buildings is terrible. there are cracks in the walls and door frames are on the verge of collapsing in. the water bill isn't based on how much water you use individually as an apartment, its based off the entire complex and divided by the units. everybody pays the same amount no matter how much water you use! We decided we wanted to have some dogs. we got a couple of noise complaints for them barking, so we bought spray collars, $100 a piece. for 2 weeks, we didnt hear anything so we assumed the collars were working. the day before Thanksgiving, the office informed us that they were evicting us if we didnt get rid of the dogs like that day! thanks for the heads up! we lost our dogs. My car got broke into, and parking is horrible!! Just recently we had to call the cops because the courtesy officer didnt answer or return our call because there was a creeper outside my roomates window. she was layin in bed and it was really late at night, like 1 in the morning, and she saw a guy peeking in her window staring at her. oh and when we were wanting to extend our lease, they couldn't find our lease, the office lost our lease!! they have also lost several rent checks as well! the management here is incompetent and word of mouth seems to be the policy. karen is the head of management and can't seem to keep her word. we have no personal agenda, we are just running for the hills, we want to keep as many people as possible from experiencing the headache that we have. for the money we pay to live here, we expected a lot better.

i dont care if they get mad. other people should know the hell we have been through living here. i have sucessfully turned people away from this place.
