We moved out early because the staff at this complex is uneducated, ill-mannered, and not very considerate of tenant's needs. After we gave them thousand's of dollars to move out, they still sent us a bill months after we were gone wanting more money. They have tried to charge us for keys that were returned, a late fee on the rent, mind you we gave them a check for over 2,000 on the move out date. The move out date was 2 days after the 5th of the month, and they are charging us for late fee's, parking stickers that any idiot can make for less than $20.00, they are charging $100.00 for 2. If you want to move into Patchen Oaks, you better think twice. This apartment complex is not recommended to anyone that speaks to me or my spouse. We would encourage everyone to overlook the 1 good thing this complex has, the location, and look deeper into what the people are writing on this site. Everyone is right who gives them a BAAAAAAAAAAD review, they deserve nothing better. The manager, Karen, is the most rude manager I have met, not only that, she LIED right to my spouse about something I said. The other two office girls do not have a clue as to what is going on. Our neighbor, who has lived there for like 10 years, is the most rude, un-educated women I have met. She literally cussed us out in the breezeway one night. In conclusion, if you rent here, you are not that educated either, you should read what people write.

I respond to everyone post, I think this place is terrible also, by far the worst place I've ever lived. Office staff is the worst I've ever encountered. I cant wait to move next month
