At this point this is the least of my concers but i will get them to fix it (user photo) dont know if you can see but that is where the water was leaking from (user photo) where the washer leaking and water went under neath the flooring and caused it to come up

Nice place just very frustrating

I have been very frustrated w/ this apartment. Let me start with the good things. I never have a problem w/ parking, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff is nice. However, the maintenance staff is the worst that I have ever encountered. I have waited an average of a month and a half for my maintenance requests. The 48 hr. guarantee is a lie. The staff is nice but useless when it comes to getting something done. It seems like they are never there. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
