Old management never fixed anything. New wasn't too much better. All of the sinks leaked. Our kitchen floaded, making the carpet disgusting. Hot water flowing from bathtubs caused black mold to form on walls. A/C never worked. 3 months left in lease and new company buys apartment. We move out and they have a collection agency trying to get us to pay for new carpet, two new toilets (nothing was wrong with them other than they were original artifacts of 1920's plumbing), and over $600 worth of cleaning (so said) totally to over $1800. They are nuts. Why should we pay for their mistakes' Oh yeah, someone stole all of my boxers from the public washers. Who does that'
