(user photo) this is the air conditioner that is suppose to be fixed but is clearly leaking!

At this point this is the least of my concers but i will get them to fix it (user photo) dont know if you can see but that is where the water was leaking from (user photo) where the washer leaking and water went under neath the flooring and caused it to come up

I have to say that when I first moved to Patchen last summer, it was a nice place, but it went bad really fast. First of all, the mainitenace issues were never resolved. Second, the pool is STILL not open...and it's what... JUNE'' Come on...there are many other apartment homes to choose from in Lexington. Work of advice, don't choice this one.

The pool had major renovations this year and while there was a delay in getting the pool open we felt that our residents deserved to have a nice pool instead of just making some quick fixes and opening it without properly repairing it.
