I've lived here for 3 years now and I don't think it's bad at all. The rent is very reasonable and it includes everything but electric, which in my apartment is pretty cheap. The location is great. For the price, you can't beat the place. Sure there are nicer places but i'm not paying 600-1,000 a month for a one bedroom. I have never seen a roach in my apartment. The office staff is really friendly. I don't usually have a lot go wrong in my apartmentment but sometimes it does take a little while to get it fixed and I have seen a lot of maintenance men come and go. Last year it look kind of rough, but they did repave the parking lots and i've noticed some new roofs and exterior painting. Overall, for the price, I think it's a great place to live.
