this place ------- sucks, you feel like a prisoner in your own home..you feel as if your rights have been taken away. No one should move in here..this place is a hell hole. I have like 4 leaks in my apartment thats never been fixed. Mantinence complaints are never followed up properly. Roof leaks are explained by " you need storm windows" or " your gutters are clogged". People are always digging in the trash bins like a slum.
