Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I had several problems with this apartment complex. The first and foremost was the Bathroom, though extremely spacious, the side of the shower litterally rotted away, and the tiles fell out into the tub. six months later when my lease was up, they still had not fixed the shower.
Maintainence was quick otherwise. They seemed to just tidily forget about the rotted shower in 207.
