It is a step up from the dorms but thats all you can say. We finally got rid of the roaches. Our sink never drains, our water heater might let us shower for 5 minutes. The fire department is called every other week. Our friend's apartment had 3 inches of standing water in her living room and it took the maintenance two hours to come over. The tiles in our bathtub broke through and it took them 5 months to come and put duct tape on it. Our closet is infested with mold so they came and spray painted it. On the bright side, its cheap and spacious.
