We didn't have any problems with maintenance, but that might be because we left before we had anything go too wrong. The apartments are old and they show it but they are large and it could be a decent place to live if it weren't for several big problems that couldn't be overcome.

The biggest one is that it's just not a safe place to live. They have a large migrant population and it's prone to gangs with gang signs on the sides of some of the buildings. There are always police and ambulances visiting Pegasus Place.

Another problems is the noise which relates to problem number one. They let huge numbers of people live in one apartment and they have a tendency to play their music really loud. And if you complain they turn it up louder.

The stairwells are dark and dirty and smelly and you definitely don't want to invite anyone over.

And they never tell you (even when you ask about a pool) that the pool hasn't been in use for at least 5 years. I think they use it to hold scap metal and construction materials.

We never had any problems with bugs or leaking and you do get a large apartment for really cheap, but there's a reason for that. Good luck if you decide to live here. You'll need it.
