I am currently looking for places to live and I saw Pegasus Place in the magazine and thought, "Wow, this is nice." I called the management and had an application faxed to me and everything. I was so excited I found a place to live...until I looked at this website. After reading the reviews, I still can't believe this place is even open! Reading about the coroner's van, shady looking people, waterfalls in your closet and roaches...ROACHES'! ---'!'!'!'! My friend and I went over there to see for ourselves and it is the baby fool. The hallways stink, parents let their kids doodle on the walls and they have signs in spanish. I didn't even see a Laundry Room, or a pool for that matter. Holes in the windows, the trash looks like it is never emptied, and I TRULY believe like 15 people live in ONE apartment. The only thing I saw was foolery. It is truly ignorant over there. I don't want to live in a place where I have to hold my breath as I walk through the hallway and when I step out the door I'm running to my car (if it's still there) like I am in an episode of CSI:Miami with the dead bodies and ----. I can't believe that leasing lady would even fax me anything knowing how dumb it is over there. I know she is supposed to do her job but ----...I mean, ----! I have it in my right mind to go clown her stupid --- RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT. If she calls me asking where my application is, I'm going to tell her not at that hell hole...not Pegasus Place. So if you are looking for somewhere to live (like I am) STAY AWAY!!!!! STAY FFFFAAAAARRRR AWAY! I might as well live on the street. I have it in my right mind to call some authorities or whatever to get that place shut down.
