After the first year, which was a nightmare, I renewed my lease only because new managment took over and there were plenty of promises about how things would be. In my renewal I got to request 2 things be added or fixed. I requested a new ceiling fan and new tile floor in the bathroom and kitchen. I got the ceiling fan but the flooring has yet to be installed. The plumbing is a nightmare. I had a leak in my shower the resulted in the ceiling falling in after 6 months of them telling me they had found the problem and fixed it and me calling them back and telling them it's still leaking. I have a leak in the kitchen that is rotting the cabinet and still it is not fixed. I was told by the "plumber" that I was causing the water to pool because I left a wet dish rag on the sink 5 months ago. I asked for storm windows last winter when the wind was blowing under the poorly insulated windows and I still do not have them. They had to be "special ordered".

The noise is horrible. You can hear people's answering machines out in the hallway. You hear water running, TVs, radios, and doors slamming when people leave the complex.

The staff is friendly enough as they tell you that everything will be fixed but after 6 months of calling and telling them it's still not fixed - well friendly or not they are a pain to deal with.

BUGS are a real problem. I've had fleas, spiders, termites swarming in the apartment (1000's of them covering an entire wall), bees, and others.

I am just waiting for my lease to expire so I can get out of there.

It's cheap but you definately get what you pay for there!
