This place is horrible. It took them three weeks of repeated calling to get our STOVE working when we first moved in. They lied to me when I was considering choosing them, for one about electric costs... whatever they quote you, at least double it for better accuracy. I even checked with KU and they told me it has been the same average for several years, so it probably never was what they told me it would be. Management doesn?t give a damn about you, tell you anything to get you in a contract. They make it sound so nice, but even for the price, which isn?t exactly dirt cheap, it?s really not worth it.



When they do finally get aorund to getting something fixed, they give you no notice what-so-ever, and considering it has been a few weeks since you reported the problem you don?t expect it when maintenance knocks once and unlocks your door. Better hope you hear it if you?re not in your livingroom.



You hear every single step the people above you take. You can hear it creaking and squeaking from any room in the house, but livingroom/dining room is the worst. You can also hear people talking in the hall, so be assured they can hear you too.



It took them 7 months (no exaggeration) to fix our patio doors which we reported before we signed the lease.



My tub leaks constantly, which was fixed once, but now it?s doing it again and I?ve finally given up telling them what?s broken because they take so long to fix it I just learn to deal with it anyway.



If you get apartments on one side, about 6 months of the year you MUST have heat... and 6 months you MUST have A/C... so for me it happened twice that for over a week I was stuck cold and freezing, and when I called them he started some story about it being "like a chili bowl".


Even if they give you a "deal", don?t move here. It?s not worth it. It?s hell and I cannot wait to leave. I sincerely regret signing a year lease. Worst mistake ever.
