I have lived at English Manor twice. Once when it was Saddlebrook, and once since it was changed over. I think the other opinions on here are a little exaggerated. The apartments are very spacious and very well priced. The one bedrooms are a little steep but the others are great. The maintenace is a pain in the ass but if you note all the problems on your walk through and insist that they be addressed before you move in, it won't be a problem. All you have to do is insist that you see the actual unit you will be living in and get all maintenance orders before signing the lease. There is tons of parking and good land for walking your dog or hanging out outside. Jason Weinel(works at another property owned by the same company now) was the only person in the office who gave a ---- about the tennants though. He was great, but I don't know who is there now so they may be just as good. Overall I was happier at English Manor than any other place I have rented from. The neighborhood is really not as bad as people have made it out to be.
