I can honestly say that English Manor Apartments are not bad at all for the money. I think the management and leasing staff is wonderful and pleasant to work with and have always tended to my needs. I have lived there in the past and am getting ready to move back. I had never had any problems with my maintenance problems being handled at all. As far as the neighborhood, there is no guarantee anywhere you are and the 6mths I lived there, I never had or heard of any problems at all. I can say that if you can not expect not to have some maintenance problems when you are living in a community that is not new or newer. If you want to live somewhere that has maintenance problems that are not tended to and crime that is notable then I can tell you where to go, but it surely isn't here. I would recommend English Manor to anyone who is on a budget and wants a nice and spacious place to live with great staff.
