THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE REVIEWS!! Quick story!
My room mate and I were moving to Lex and didnt know much about it--we went to English manor (two college girls) and talked to Frank--well actually he talked to our chests most of the time , he told us how he was signing a record deal (ya right) and tried to get us to sign a lease like then--he took off like 100 dollars of the rent just to try to get us to live there--LUCKILY WE DIDNT THAT DAY-we left so happy because we thought we had found a winner--
Near by English ghetto we saw a police and we stopped to ask him about the community--before we could even get it out he said "NO Nowhere near here!" He said he wouldnt live there if they paid him a ton! Drugs , Robberies, assaults and even murders were surrounding this dirty spanish filled place!
We went home in shock looking at all the horrible comments on here!!
Thanks to Frank for lying to us-- I would NOT feel safe knowing he has a key to my APT!!
For your own safety, dont even waste your time!
