I have lived in these apartments for a year now, within 3 months of moving in I had two people fall through my roof trying to fix the Heat. Each season the Heat goes out and the AC goes out as well in the summer time. Nothing is ever fix on time. Once something is fix, something else goes wrong in the apartments. It takes them at least about two weeks to come and fix anything. Code Enforcement of Lexington, Kentucky receives at least 30 calls a month about English Manor Apartments. The price for these apartments are overated. My ceiling in my apartment has been leaking for months now, I've called and they call themselves fixing it, but my ceiling continues to leak causing a flood. This area is unsafe, the apartments have had robbiers in the parking lot as early as 7:00 a.m. Shooting (s) have accured behing the apartment complex. The apartment says that they have a security guard (s) bull-----. The apartments rents out to this trucking school. I had a LPD come to my apartment about one of the students he tried to burn down the apartment next door and he had broken into some apartments. Some of the students have had trouble with the LAW so BEWARE!!
