My residency here started out well, with our leasing consultant being very welcoming and nice from the get-go. There was a small paperwork mix-up, but due to this we were given a move-in special (that I suspect was not so special - being advertised in front of the complex and all) that we had not previously been offered.
Halfway through my second month here (only a week or so ago) I recieved a bill on my door for the rent I had already paid. Frantic, I visited the leasing office to find out there had been a mix-up due to the lack of management, the money order had been cashed, and it had not been credited to my account. I'm feeling a little shaky about staying here throughout the rest of my lease, but I'm forced to stick it out or pay back the incentive I was given upon move-in.
The neighbors upstairs walk like elephants and the neighborhood is shady - at best.
The square footage and price, however, are very desirable.
