Hey, I am so glad I found this site. I can finally tell the world about how ------ this complex is. From day 1 we have had nothing but trouble. We were promised an apartment we saw, then they lied and gave it to someone else, and the day we were supposed to move in our apartment was trashed!!! It looked like someone had died in the living room carpet. (Perhaps someone did, I wouldn't be surprised.) Things were broke when we moved in, and still are 12 months later. On day 1 we asked them to fix our sliding glass door, nothing was done till month 11 when it feel and shattered in our livivng room. The office staff is incompetent. You call them with problemsnand they magically forget.. The are liars and idiots!!(NOTE: Our experience with Frank was positive, he was the only staff member who would get off his ass) When we got here we thought it was a great deal but found out soon enough it wasn't. The place is infested with cockroaches and mice, the neigborhood is a ghetto. It needs to be section eight. People smoke weed in the parking lot, children run around unsurpervised, (One threw a chair of a third floor landing and hit my girlfriend in the head), cars are broke into, and gang members walk around everywhere, and the grounds / halls are filled with trash and never get cleaned. WHATEVER YOU DO, do not move in here. YOU WILL REGRET IT. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE, YOUR CAR WILL SUFFICE, ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN HERE.
