I moved out of there in October, after my neighbor was shot to death near my apt. Every thing you have read on this site about these apartments is true. The area is overrun with criminals and drug dealers. Nothing will ever get fixed until a disaster happens (like my entire apartment flooding after management had refused to fix a leak for 3 omnths). I lived in 2 different apts there and found mold growing in both of them. I started taking my laundry to a place up the street after my underwear and anything with a logo on it was stolen 3 different times in the common laundry room. Also, it took 5 months of harrassing these people to get my deposit back. They kept "forgetting" to send the paperwork to the main offices. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this place, and the Woodhill area in general.

I completely agree, I havent lived there, but Ive been there a few times, and it is not a "gated community". My friend Megan was murdered there, which is who you are talking about, Im sure. Its sad that this place is so over run with criminals. She was murdered for no reason, just a bunch of kids out looking for trouble in the parking lot of the apt complex. Stay away... at all costs

I also knew Megan, we went to high school together and I know her sister. What happened to her was horrible and they really need a gated community.
