Renter and student Beware!!!! The neighborhood this place in appears alright at first until you read about it in the newspapers. This place is in the middle of the ghetto- and it's dangerous!! It has the highest theft rate in Lexington, An 18 yo. college student was shot and killed there, 30 yards from my apartment on September 15, 2004. The management sucks, and if you have any problems, they are sure to fix them in a month and a half- if at all. Criminals, and illegal immigrants live in every other apartment here. They also seem to make a good deal of business scamming people by the fine print in the lease. Don't be cheated! I did, and I don't want anyone elese to be. Even if you have to pay $90 extra a month somewhere else- pay it!! I would have, and I'm a poor college student. The management are a bunch of certified idiots, and specialize especially in lying to you.
