Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1998
I lived in these apartments when they were called "Saddlebrook" back in 1998, I lived there for three months and could stand it no longer. Firstly, the neighborhood is scary. Beware! High-crime area!! The utilities are controlled by management, and it was always hot in the summer, no matter how far I turned down the thermostat. The hallways were always dirty, a sure sign of a bad apartment complex. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the neighbor upstairs playing the same annoying song day in and day out. This place is a nightmare! Do yourself a big favor and never rent here!
