It was okay for the money when we moved in. Pennington Place took over and....

They started charging for heating/cooling when it was previously included in the price. Their method was to split those costs for the entire complex between all residents, winter was 200 on top of our regular electric bill.

AC doesn't get turned on until May, it was broke in our building until mid July. It was on average over 85 degrees in the apartment.

Pool was closed by the health department for 2 months last summer.

Only one maintenance call was ever answered, he broke a sink and didn't come back to fix it for a week. (He found a bullet in the drain) This was out of 4 maintenance calls.

We moved out in early Sept 2006, it is now January 2007. We still haven't received a refund for our deposit even though they did a walk through and we were to get 575 back. They never return our calls about this and we are going tomorrow to file a case with small claims court.
