I have lived here for over a year and finally got smart and am getting out. This place has been the worst experience of my life. The apartments are horrible, the staff is horrible. This property offers no amenities hardly. There are two pools here...neither one work, one of the smaller ones is now a flower bed. If you enjoy being ripped off and lied to then Pennington Place is for you. My advice...keep looking.
