pennington place is under the same owners of cross creek! Dont believe anything that they promise! The price is cheap but you will know why when you move in. The apartments have mold in them and most of them dont even have heat.Not to mention the manager ----... THe women sits in the office talking on her cell phone ALL DAY unless she is at the other properties. You can leave a message for anyone in the office, and I promise that NO ONE will call you back! You know it make you wonder why the owners still keepher around!! ANYONE KNOW'' For the the rest of the staff.."----" He is on DRUGS and stealing stuff out of the empty apartments not to mention all the pennington Place's tools..what a shame. The ----- Oaks management care about there other apartments but why not this one'' Maybe the owners need stay a week or so in that hell hole ans see how it is.

the management and the owners need to realize that the attendant arent dumb... They ALL know tis a lawsuit! these apartments arent fit for dogs.. Pennington place management not having HEAT is ILLEGAL and so is mold in the apartments.

I guess the owners are wanting to get sued!NEVER LIVE HERE!!!!!

Totally makes sense, I always wonder why she had a new car and some poeple get their rent free. But I guess they are keeping it within the former and old leasing agents....----- Jokes..ha ha.. BUt I dont think they would think it was a joke if the spouse's found out!.. Adultery is a SIN..

well i guess ------ had the posting edited well ain't that a joke no matter how much they cover these reviews this is a slum the boys ain't nothing but slumlords our rent pays for their esclades and mustangs when it should go to contractors to fix our heat you forgot to mention they own Kirklevington Hills too you should have known that due to all its problems such as mysterious fires you can tell they sold Forrest Oaks because they are getting work done and the place is cleaning up quite nicely the Windy City boys should sell off their other property's as well so our lives could be improved by a company that actually cares about their residents as far as adultery yes it is a sin but do you think these people really believe in god and ------'s shutter bug hubby will find out soon enough and drop her high maintenance tramp in a New York minuite
