I lived in this place from June 2006 to June 2007. This place SUCKS, it would not be worth living here even if THEY paid you to live!
The place is crawling with roaches (in the one year that I lived there, they never had any kind of pest control, even after repeated requests), the buildings are in horrible condition, there is mold everywhere, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are termite eaten, the whole apartment smells, I could go on and on about this place...
The only and I repeat, ONLY good things about this place are that they have plenty of parking available and it is generally quiet but then that is probably because most of the buildings are empty!

they suck... it looks empty... my friend got murdered in the parking lot there in 2004
