This has been a nightmare. The staff is very rude. There have been a lot of turnovers. Nothing is ever fixed RIGHT. Only for the time being. The toilet in my bathroom was installed crooked(can you even do that')It looks like it has been caulked around the base about 20 times over. There is no green slime that you could buy on any infomercial that can remove the grit off the bathtub! These apartments are about 25 years old and the tile that is in my bathroon has been there since day one. The kitchen is very old. The lenolium is just glued to older lenolium. The cabinets are dry rotted, the sink leaks, the applianced are nasty, the doors are cracked, the windows are very old and crack and peel, the decks are very old, and the sliding glass door barely slides. ***The virtual tour that you can take online at apartment.com makes this apartment look to good. The best apartment in this complex is the model unit. I saw the model unit and it looked nice, but they will not let you see the apartment that you will be renting until you receive your key. You get the key when you sign the lease....you do the math. What you see in that model does not represent the rest of the property. There is no landscaping. There is some grass, some mud holes, some mulch for a yard all over the property. No shrubs or flowers. The walkways in the apartments and the outside stair cases are filthy. Someone in the office needs to hire a pressure washing company to come and clean the whole complex. Finally, there is a huge inconvience for your guests. Yes, they tow...enough. A friend was over one Friday night and parked in front of my building for 20 minutes and was towed. It cost her 100.00. There is a whole lot more that I could say but not enough time. My lease is up next month and I am getting out of here!
