As with many reviews the parking is horrid. I lived in the apartments for 1 year and my girlfriend has been there an additional year and there has been no change. On numerous occasions I parked around 200 yards from my apartment. There are no visitors spots easily accessible for the 2 bedroom apartments connected to the church.
The noise from upstairs apartments is extremely loud. The insulation is poor and the heating bills vary from apartment to apartment. Mine was extermely high, but my friends 5 or 6 apartments down were extremely low.
However, I must disagree in the office staff. The staff was always extremely helpful and nice. I never had a problem with any of them.
Sacrafices is an adequate description. The price was extremely good and the condition was better than some other apartments I have lived in. You do sacrafice parking and a few other amenities. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
