Nice/friendly/good maint.

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2003
 
I have lived here for eight years now. They have good maintenance, nice office people and do a lot of stuff to the outside of the apartments as well. A new clubhouse is being built now and they painted the whole outside this summer. I like it for the price and location.
