I recently finished a six-month lease at Pinebrook and have mixed emotions about my time there. The main problem I had was my upstairs neighbors. They were extremely loud and extremely rude. Worst of all it seems that some of the other tenants thought it was me making all the racket and I would get notices to keep the noise down (my wife and I are both very quiet people). Some of the other tenants were nice, some were downright rude. There was one incident when a neighbor barged into my apartment and accused a friend who was staying with me at the time of stealing his cable. Words were exchanged and the police were called. The fellow apologized later. I never had any problems finding a parking spot at Pinebrook, parking was actually much better than other Lexington apartments that I have stayed at. There was a horrible draft in the living room during the winter time which resulted in our living room being to cold to stay in, so we spent most of the winter in the bedroom. The clubhouse was never open during my six-months there, so I have no opinion on that. The exercise room isnt much, there are no free weights and only one treadmill, but this is to be expected with the low rates. All in all, you get what you pay for I guess.
