Pinebrook presented itself as a great place to live. Oh, how deceitful some people and places are! First of all, my dishwasher NEVER worked! I reported it 4 times and each time they said they would fix it and haven't! Dale said he'd be in to fix it- I'm still waiting.

I lived on the first floor and reported my window broken. IT WOULD NOT CLOSE!!! Four days later, it still wasn't fixed. When I confronted her, she just shrugged and said "Oh, I forgot to write it down!" Silly heifer! If someone would've crawled through that window and either raped or murdered me, her ass would've been toast. To add insult to injury, when the other maintenance guy came to finally look at the window, he couldn't get it to close. Because its broken, he had to find another way to close it. He shoves it down and says, "You have to put a little muscle in it!" It was implied that because I am a woman, I'm not strong enough to close the window! UGH.....

Also, parking is something horrendous if you work late night! Expect to find a parking space on the other side of the complex. And to get out of the complex anywhere between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. is unthinkable. You will sit there and either be really late for work or extremely late for school.

I have never lived anywhere so despicable! These people are quickly becoming slumlords- this ain't Cabrini Green! I would urge all apartment seekers to venture elsewhere... Pinebrook is for the birds!
