I have been living at Pinebrook for a year and a half. Overall I have enjoyed my time here. The maintanence is not always quite what it should be but they usually get to your problems as soon as they can considering they are only a few maintanence men. We recently got a puppy and I think that paying a $300 deposit AND elevated pet rent each month is a bit much...but I guess that's the price you pay for having your pet. The walls are very thin and our downstairs neighbors are very loud, often blaring music thru the middle of the night even on week nights. The temperature is not very well regulated thru out the apartment and it gets very warm in the living room in the summer and freezing in there in the winter. The parking is not bad and the laundry facility is nice. After my lease is up with my roommate I will most likely be getting a 1 BR 1BA, so obviously I like being here or I woudln't stay.
