So, here's the deal.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
The apartments are actually nice.
Although some things fall apart, the maintenance guy always fixes it.
The assistant manager and the leasing consultant are AWESOME.
The manager, not so much.
But, she'll be an angel to you when you sign the lease, that is, IF she doesn't try to pick something ridiculously stupid to decline your application with.

But besides the manager, things are great.
