DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!! Manager Woman is a -----!!!!!!!! I have lived here, my boyfriend has lived here before we met. Management NEVER gets your request done. THere is dog sh#t every where on the property and you cant walk anywhere without tracking it into your house. The complex is dirty and poorly upkept. I'm still here and I hate it! The insulation might as well not exist because heat does not stay in the apartment. The windows are not sealed and don't even have latches. They poked a hole to pretend to be a latch. The only good thing about the apartment is the guest parking. And dont let them charge you for water and sewage! I didnt get charged for water, sewage, and trash, but I was in the office and saw them charge the same apartment and same rent to a family with 2 kids plus make them pay these utilities. The landlord is dirty!

The fact of the matter is, you were showed an apartment, therefore you knew what you were getting into. I mean seriously, I've lived at some horrible places, but I LOVE my apartment here! If its so dirty and poorly upkept and you are so unhappy then why not just leave? I just think it sucks that just because one person is pissy and doesn't get what they want and when they want it, they flip out and have a hissy-fit! Grow up, you obviously have your own apartment so start acting like it!
