What can I say except please don't RentI can say this because I am a former employee,and I left as fast as I came. I have never worked in a place like this ever.The owners
are slum lords! The are a fair housing night mare. Not to mention they lie and cheat there vendors and there employees.They will not spend a dime on this property, the apartments look like something you might rent in the worst part of town.They promise you the moon and get you in and you are stuck.Dont expect to ever get yoou deposit back they find ways to keep that to.If they can't pay there employees they sure can't give any to the tenants. Please go anywhere but the Preakness.. I could not rent any unit to someone that I would not live in myself.Don't come expecting a flat rate because they pick and choose what to quote some one depending on who you are.

Very Funny I was not FIRED I left and speaking of a cheat,you have so many liens on the property because you don't pay bills or your vendors!!!!!! would you like me to name names.I can get most of then to post comments woould you like that???? I think I will do just that.

I USED TO CLEAN FOR THE PREAKNESS AND I QUIT BECAUSE THEY NEVER PAID ME, THEY WITHHELD MY CHECK RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS(REAL PROFESSIONAL),IT WAS NOT ONLY ME OTHERS AS WELL, THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS DONT EVER RENT UNTIL THEY GET NEW OWNERS....
